- Purpose of the personal data processing
The owner of the Data treatment will process the personal data of its Users identified below, for the following purposes:
- guarantee the navigation on this website.
- respond to the requests indicated in the appropriate “Contacts” section
- send newsletters to communicate news and promotions relating to products and events
- in case of explicit specific consent to receive promotional communications (marketing).
- anonymous statistical activities.
With regard to this, the owner of the data treatment declares to process the following personal data in compliance with the principles of EU Regulation 2016/679 and the rules applicable to them. The personal data could be processed by authorized internal people according to the art. 29 and by managers according to the art. 28. The list of managers identified by the art. 28 can be seen at the owner of the personal data treatment. The different categories of personal data will be processed in such a way as to satisfy the mentioned purposes in full compliance with the protection of the rights of each user, as person concerned.
2.Definition of the different cathegories of personal data
Each user, in order to allow the owner of the personal data treatment to perform the activities indicated above in point 1, will give him the authorization to process the following data: name, e-mail address, telephone number, IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the user who connects to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the response status given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment of the user, hereafter referred to as “personal data”.
3.Modality of personal data treatment – Legal basis
3.1 The owner of the personal data treatment will process the personal data of the users with computerized tools. The personal data will be processed manually and/or computerized and stored on automated supports. The personal data will not be transferred and/or sold to third parties. The personal data will not be transmitted to organizations and/or countries outside the European Union, nor will they be subject to profiling.
3.2 Legal basis-Consent.
4.Duration of the personal data processing
For each user, the owner of the personal data treatment will process and store the personal data as follows:
- Purpose described in point 1, letter a) for the entire duration of navigation;
- Purpose described in point 1, letter b) for the period needed to answer to the user’s requests;
- Purpose described in point 1, letter c), starting from the date of manifestation of consent, for 2 (two) from the last expression of interest. The user, however, has the right to revoke the consent at any time in the manner indicated below;;
- Purpose described in point 1, letter d), the data will be stored will be anonymous.
